Service level agreement suppliers
We expect your registration at least 1 working day before the delivery.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Important:
- We confirm the delivery at the requested time or offer you an alternative.
- 1 time-slot is provided per 1 container.
- Respect the weekly volume agreements between the supplier and the retailer.
We assume that:
- All goods have undergone a quality inspection before delivery.
- The supplier knows the quality of the goods they are supplying.
- You share your reports. This supports our operations, communication and handling
Quality Control:
- Our quality control is always done within 24 hours after delivery (except for deliveries on Friday after 12:00).
- If the quality is orange (less than average) or red (bad), you will receive a notification within 48 hours after delivery. You will also receive a more detailed QC report.
- In cases of orange or red quality, an external survey can be carried out – by appointment
Processing & Costs:
- For “orange quality” goods will still be processed, but you will receive an additional invoice for the extra work such as sorting, segregating, and disposing.
- This extra work is required to meet the quality standard of the retailer in question.
- The additional cost is: €45/hour per extra person, including the number of kilos dumped and processing (transport to fumigation), the kilos, punnets or cartons credited by the supplier to the retailer (dump) or to Coccinelle.
- With “red quality” we prefer to return the goods. An extra cost of € 250 per batch (truck, container…) will be charged.
